BT-61S expanding additive uses a crystalline composition to improve the expansion properties of cement in high and low temperature environments. BT-61S is highly effective with low-strength cements. BT-61S promotes optimum expansion.
BT-61S expanding additive can provide the following benefits: Compatible with all Portland cements, regardless of tricalcium aluminate content, not classified as hazardous waste by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
