BT-71S Intensifier
Overviews
BT-71S is proposed and developed based on tightly pile-up model and the particle gradation theory. Its composition is determined by material’s physical and chemical affects. It is composed of low density and active gel. The density of the slurry , composed of cement, microsphere and enhancement material RK-71S, is adjustable between 1.20 g/cm3 and 1.80g/cm3. The suitable temperature range is from 20℃ to 180℃ (BHCT). The slurry overall performance is fine, with low fluid loss, high compressive strength and anti gas channeling.
BT-71S is suitable for directional well, the horizontal well, geothermal well, can be used in the shallow formation, weak formation, long cementing operation and underbalanced cementing.
